Hi There - I have discontinued an email address that I have used with JRiver since about MC12... Where do I go to change my email address please? I want MC19 and above to use a new email address going forward. Thanks Mitch

Do you mean the address for the forum or the software licensing?

If you still have access to the old email address, you can do this yourself.

To change the registered license email address, visit:

To change your forum email address, visit here:

And then click the Account Related Settings link under Modify Profile in the left-hand nav bar.
