Some links I tried, like http://www.waveform.py1.com's asf files, failed to play on MJ. Error was: unable to obtain license. I tried the link with Windows Media Player, no problem.
I tried to contact the company, the contact webpage was blank! Is there no way to contact this company (except to give them credit card numbers)? This forum is my only support option?
Also, a bug in settingsptions:file associations. If all boxes are unclicked, the setting is not saved, and defaults to previous settings when the window is closed  (I was trying to temporarily disable the auto associations in order to run WMP on the above-mentioned troublesome link). I thought I was going to have to uninstall, but I tried again, clicked a few obscure file associations and it 'took'.

actually, it can be rewarding interacting in a friendly manner with people that actually use the product daily and know it like the back of their hand

I can't access the site you listed via that link--I get a "FORBIDDEN!!! You do not have permission to access this page" error message

be patient and someone here should have some ideas to help
