Help with ordering JRiver MC 20 for windows

Hello everyone! I already have JRiver MC 17, which I had purchased some time ago. I was going to upgrade to 19, but I sort of procrastinated it-lol From what I have briefly read, the version 19 is supposed to be the best version available.  Anyways, I received an email offering the latest version 20. My question is if I order it now, can I upgrade to the version 19 for now until 20 is available? Perhaps someone can help me choose the correct options.

New builds of JRiver Media Center 20 will be available in a few weeks.  This upgrade license will work with both MC19 and MC20.
