Volume Leveling & Disc Burning
« on: August 09, 2014, 10:20:13 am »

My guess is that volume leveling only works within MC, but I'm going to ask the question anyway:

Can I normalize a playlist in MC, burn the tracks to a disc, and expect the normalization to be intact on the disc?

(Or will I have to open each track in Audacity, normalize there, and save each one individually?)

when you click 'burn disc', click on the top left "book icon" (menu icon?) on the 'burn disc' action window that appears

click 'burn settings'

check the 'apply cross-fade/DSP' checkbox, then click 'DSP Studio...'

choose your desired DSP, then drag the tracks into the burn disc window, and enjoy

When I click Burn Settings, an Options dialog box appears with the following:

General
Data Burning
     Close disc
     File system (w Advanced ISO options)
Drives

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oh..... I discovered I had to first set it up in Tools > Options > Burning > Audio Burning before choosing Burn Disc. Thanks for the tip!
