How to Purchase MC19?

I am ready to buy but the order page says MC20 and the price is 39.95. I want MC19 (do I?). And is that the right price for a new user?

You have until tomorrow I believe for that price, with that price you get MC19 and MC20 when 20 is released. so hurry up and don't miss out on the sale...the regular price is 49.98
