Blue Ray and audio 5.1 dvd Audio Crashes

I have searched wiki forum and cannot find an answer to this question.
Yesterday I was bragging to a friend of mine about "getting away from "iTunes and the sound quality of J River"
First I put in the DVD Audio of Farewell to kings. a couple songs would play then it would stop. Press play again and it plays the next song.
I put in the Rush 2112 Blue Ray and it does not do anything more that opening locate and the J river logo
Movies seem to play fine
I run Windows 7 and have Blue Ray
Player I use is a
LG MO Disc!

sorry I can't test -- don't have any blu ray audio
