more Nike PSA trouble - MJ8

I installed the Nike PSA plug-in (but MJ8 wouldn't allow the install while the program was running, I had to quit first then install - curious.) I do have the current Nike drivers installed and my Nike software works fine. Nike is listed under my devices category but I can't access the player at all with MJ. Help!

Steve, who does the plug-ins for handhelds is out today.  It will be Monday before you hear back.

Do you get any error messages?  What happens when you click on the Nike?  Can you go to Plug-in Manager and tell me what Plug-in version you have?

I have Nike PSA plugin v3.0.3. And I don't get an error message at all. When I click on Nike, under devices, I get no info in the main window where the track listing should be. There's nothing in the window at all.

Sammyboy,

Does the status bar show you any memory information or a file count?  I may need to send you a special plug-in to trouble shoot this. Could you email me at steve@jriver.com and I will give you instructions?

I seem to be experiencing similar problems. I can see the device. But when I click on it, MJ locks-up and dies. any thoughts?
