I really do not want to have to use a different email address...
1. it's worked forever (in fact this is my first email i ever created. no problems whatsoever except from JRiver starting on the 13th.)
2. I only want to use 1 email for personal use and that's the one i've been using that's registered with my JRiver account.
3. i've had no spam, junk ever on this email address, i use a different email for risky corresponding and that email is for possible junk/spam only.
A few questions ive noticed Microsoft will ask.. can JRiver please reply to these questions before i contact them.
1.
" In order for us to better understand the root cause of the issue, may I ask the email address that you're having problems with for investigation." which email addresses do you guys send from? forum and purchase email addresses? I'm assuming it's the 2 shown below... mediacenter at JRiver and mlist at listserver?

"Did any of your senders mentioned that they are receiving a bounce message when they send emails to your account?" is there a way for you guys to see if the forum emails/purchase emails are bouncing?

"Does it happen to a specific sender?" it's only JRiver

Hi I managed to fix this issue I was not receiving emails from my local online supermarket and a groupon page neither addresses were in blocked email or junk anyway resolved at last!
Go to options. (on new format for hotmail outlook it's symbol on the top RHS of screen looks like a cog wheel.
Go to mail options
Preventing Junk email
Safe & Blocked Senders
Select Safe Senders
Add the domain e.g. @SuperValu.ie or @Groupon.com
This will then allow all emails from the domain e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to all come into your inbox.
You could also add all your contacts to the Safe Sender and Domains.
Anyway once I did this problem solved
When i goto Safe mailing lists
"Manage which mailing lists are sent to your account. Messages to safe mailing lists will not be sent to the junk email folder." But as stated above, none of JRiver emails are even showing up in junk folder either. they are just not coming through...When going to my blocked senders there is nothing with the name of JRiver. When i go to my safe mailing lists there are 2 JRiver addresses... mediacenter and mlist
anyone else here in forums have a @msn account experiencing the same problem?
