importing isue
« on: August 21, 2014, 01:11:49 pm »

Hello,
Ive recently installed JRiver 19 and am having trouble importing files. All my music files are located in my documents folder which contains the file "my music". When I run auto import JRiver doesnt improt them. What am I messing up?

do you have your auto import settings to look at the correct drive?

when i import a "new file" (for the first time) i usually import it manually as a single folder, then set auto import to watch the folder after that.  it shouldn't be necessary but it can eliminate some quirks

Go to Tools > Import > Configure Autoimport

You can add directories to watch and edit them.
