Hard drive dead, need new license and download

Hi J River!
I was previously on version 17 (I think); and I have my original email containing the *.mjr file along with instructions to get another install key, however I don't have the v17 installer any longer.
Is it available for download? Is it possible at this point to install and license v17 (despite it being over 2 years since I bought the license)?
