Variable audio lag on ALL movies
« on: August 24, 2014, 12:19:14 pm »

Built a new HTPC recently and every time I watch a movie the audio goes out of sync, getting ahead of the video.  Sometimes fine at start of movie but gradually gets worse.  Movies play fine on my desktop and my old HTPC so not a file problem.

Have been over and over my settings in MC, but nothing helps. Thinking of reformatting and starting over but would rather not if I don't have to, so hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

Disable bitstreaming, enable video clock, resample everything to a fixed sample rate.
If it's still variable, it's almost certainly the source.
