I'm ready to switch from MC19 to 20. But I don't want MC19 (or MC18) on the hard drive taking up space, so I'm asking how to do the install of 20 and remove previous versions. I did not see a FAQ on this process.
I still have 18 installed even though I'm running 19, because 18 will not uninstall (an error message pops up when you try to use the uninstall feature). I've read here that I need to reinstall 18 first then uninstall it - as you can't uninstall a version unless it is the version currently being used/running.
Therefore, if my statement above is correct, I need to install 18, then remove it - then install 19 then remove it - then install 20. Seems convoluted. Is this the way it needs to be done?
Thanks
PS. The forum menu (Interact forum>Windows) says under the title "JRiver Media Center 20 for Windows", New Release Available Soon" - so I suppose you can remove the word "soon" now.
