Hi there,
  My wife continues to use itunes. I want to exclude the folder that has the music for it. When JRiver looks at folders it loads that file in as well as the main file that I want and that duplicates the albums. looking at the settings it shows there is only the one file that is located on a separate hard drive is scanned for new music, but it continues to find files on my main computer hard drive. How can I make JRiver only look in one folder or exclude folders?

You can edit your autoimport settings.  Tools/Import/Autoimport.  Add or delete directories.  Edit them or exclude them.

Thanks you,  I did not go into that far enough. That will do what I want.

I thought that would work but everything from that file stays. It does not remove it. I have many albums and would prefer to not have to manually remove them. any other ideas?
