Don't manage to extend the evaluation (test) period of the PGM

Hi,

I hope my English is good enough to explain my problem. ;)

I don't manage to extend the evaluation and testing period of JRiver 20. I always get the message "check your e-mail-address" (which I entered correctly). How can I solve this?
