Hello to everybody,

I have a question for you, actually in JRemote when I select Artist it shows all the artists and their Albums, subsequently you can choose the Track you want to play.

I would like to have another choice in addition to this: when I select Artist, I would like see all the artists and when I choose one of them I would like to see all the Tracks of this artist in alphabetical order (title of the song).

This is easy to do with custom views in MC. Here is a short description on how to proceed.

Go to: Tools > Options > Media Network > Advanced > Customize views for Gizmo & WebGizmo...

1. Select the Audio item to the left.
2. Click the "Add" button to its right and select "Library Item"
3. Give it a name like "Artist tracks"
4. Click the rightmost "Add" button to add a new category.
5. Select "Album Artist (auto)" and "OK"
6. Click "Set rules for file display"
7. Under "Modify Results" select "Sort By" from the dropdown menu
8. Click the "Add" button and choose Name(a-z).

Thats it, you should now have the setup you wanted. You may need to restart MC before changes appear in JRemote.

And last thing, how to avoid to see the number of the track close to the Title ?
