Capture HDMI & Stream Out in Real Time

Is it possible to use a HDMI Input Card, then using MC20 to stream the video out to a few computers?  It needs to be real enough time, i.e. a delay of a couple of seconds is fine, but we cannot record it can play it back.  If so, which cards would work best with MC20?
