Slow motion playback

The "Slow Motion Playback" submenu does not always work correctly. The DSD menu keeps popping up. Sometimes the Headphone effects are selected instead of the tempo and pitch when selecting quarter speed.

It will show DSP Studio (it needs to for the changes to load), but that shouldn't get in the way really.

I love it! Just wish that there was  an option for really slow playback.

VideoClock is not being re-enabled when you set the speed to normal.

Next build:
Changed: The slow motion menu items restore a disabled VideoClock when restoring to 1x.
