Filename show probrem. and media cant read correctly

Hello, japanese and kanji filename probrem.
I drag and drop files to the playlist, but are not displayed correctly.

example.
"2014.09.13 01：00～01：30 [MJTV HD] [HD]【MV SELECTION】YUKI ヒットソング集～ニューアルバム「FLY」.ts"
This
"2014.09.13.ts" or Symbol only may appear. ”1[" "X408X"

and blu-ray, dvd
The first chapter only or read, all chapters or you will not be loaded.

Can fix it?
