MP4 not playing on local client or remote client, works in gizmo

I have looked through the forum, but can only find outdated info. 

I can play mp4 video through gizmo, but can not play on any clients (local or remote).
Attached is the message that I get. When I go to DSP studio I can't find anything that would lead me to believe it would make any difference.

The video stream is "AVC" and the audio is "MPEG". 

Any help would be appreciated.

What happens if you pick a different audio output in Options > Audio?

Matt, thanks for your reply.

After changing to a different audio output I got the mp4 files to work. I didn't try doing that because the message I got led me to believe the problem had something to do with the DSP studio output.  It confused me, but now I know. 

So I guess I need to set up specific zones for mp4 videos.
