To send native DSD over DLNA you need to make sure the DSD box is not checked in the Advanced section of Configure DLNA Servers.  Checking it uses DoP.

Ι can send converted dsd over dlna when a file from library is converted. I have  problem with files from cloudplay that's strange. Sometimes it works but mostly not

The main question is: possible to use realtime DSP equalizer over DLNA. I've settled down that but changings come after it's applied. It is not convenient to set up appropriate sound to reload songs every time.

DLNA server settings under Media Network Settings.
You must choose something to decode to before DSP can be applied. Your choices are the various WAV format's listed there. Find something your device can use. ALL DLNA devices are supposed to use L16 but some break that protocol.

Then under Audio->Advanced in the DLNA server options you can specifically setup DSP for that DLNA server there.

I listen FLAC 24/96 shared from PC. You mean that i should decode it to wav before in order DSP would active in real time?

Yes. You could try PCM24 in the DLNA server options.

As you can see I have already set up PCM 24-bit and EQ is not active. What do I do incorrectly?

There are separate DSP's for DLNA. You need to look under the DLNA servers advanced settings for DSP Studio.
Note this will NOT show up in the Audio Path. You can only tell by listening. If you make and extreme DSP equalizer setting for testing you will be able to easily tell it's working.

Yes, I undestand that and I have had it before. The point would be it possible to adjust EQ in real time or not... Like i would listen music from local host without streaming

DLNA playback is FILE BASED so it is NOT possible to change it in real time.
The decoding and DSP application happens while the temporary file for sending to the device is being built and that's lightening fast compared to playback.
