it requires a little manual labor but it’s easy and fairly quick:

in iTunes: create new playlists for ea of your ratings (1-5 stars) and label them 1star, 2star etc.
export the playlists as .m3u and import that file into MC20.
in MC20: select all songs in a playlist and give it the appropriate star(s).
delete the playlists afterwards.
there ya go, all done.
