should the menu-function "file/export to itunes & iphone" working?

i tried it on different machines but never worked for me...i tried to find a solution in the forum but the answers are quite old.

i´m on yosemite - iphone 5s ios8.1

Hello, this seems to only work with PC's.  What if i have a Mac.  I am ripping my CD's in a folder that Itunes doesn't see.  MC20 does, but looking for an efficient way to syncro 5and convert to MP3 for itunes if doable as well)
