Could you describe what the Library Refresh command would do?  The library already refreshes every time you load a view, so I'm unclear what the button would do.

Thanks.

The thinking was to force a refresh as sometimes if you have added new media to a network drive for example it takes a while to see the changes in theaterview.

Running Theater view on a client machine, I usually have to completely shut down and restart MC for changes on the server to be seen.  Having a selection somewhere to force a re-read of the server would be helpful.

It sounds to me like davey could be describing two different things:

1) A theater view button to force new files to import into a library (auto-import on demand), and/or
2) A theater view button to force changes from a server to show up on a client (sync server and client on demand).

Both of those operations already have buttons/menu options in standard view, but it's not clear to me which one is being requested for inclusion in theater view (or if both are being requested).
