Extend Trial

I d/l the trial version over a month ago and had some issues with the audio that I hoped to resolve but didn't put the time to do so - can you extend my evaluation period?
I sent an email however haven't heard back (perhaps my email got lost in a spam filter so I'm posting here)

There's an automatic system that'll send you an email and make your trial good for 40 days (instead of 30).  That's the only thing we can do.

I'm past the 40 day period also, any idea (seriously looking to buy) just need to work out audio first?

Why not confirm your audio function with Media Jukebox?
Media Jukebox 14.0.166

Then, make your mind up and go for MC or otherwise. Just beware that MJ has feature limitations but at least you should be able to listen to your audio collection.
