Update Series Cover Art on Client

Currently, when I get cover art for a series on my server (which I have to manually do...which is another problem), I have to manually exit MC on my client, and kill the MC Server (I have to run it for remote control access).  Once I relaunch, Series cover art has been refreshed.

Can it be changed so that series/season/whatever cover art is refreshed without exiting the application on a Server?
