I have a PC so I think I'm supposed to put my question here.
Ok, so I am a total newbie. Never used forums for help and I've never even used an iTunes account before purchasing my Pono. The unit arrived two days ago. I registered for Pono Music and looked at prices for albums. New app comes out today. I download new app and now the new app doesn't seem to work properly.
For example, when I look for albums, the new app locates the albums, but the display screen is just gray. No pictures of the albums show up so I can't click anything. The tracks are listed below, but when click a track, the same gray screen pops up so I can't see anything.
What should I do? Thanks.
