Channel problem
« on: December 15, 2014, 05:39:42 pm »

After 1 day of the fee trial I bought MC20 because it did what I wanted.  After the purchase I can't view certain channels on live TV that I could yesterday.  I've spent a good portion of my day trying various things and just get more frustrated. I've an HD HomeRun Prime (3 tuners) cablecard setup.

I'd like to cancel the purchase.  I can go through the credit card company but prefer not.

Thanks

Sorry, but there's no way to cancel a purchase.

However, we'd be happy to help if you provide a few more details.

There are a lot of users that have an HDHomeRun tuner.

I'm with Matt, post your problem and there's a good chance you'll get help.

Worthwhile to check off firmware update aspects, as well as firewall hassles. Sometimes doing a repair within the HDHR does the trick.

All sorts of possibilities but we need import to help.

That's a lot like this problem:

It isn't a problem with Media Center and it should be fixed by the station.
