where is the inactive Browser bar color defined in a skin?

Where is the inactive Browser bar color defined in a skin? I am referring to the area to the right of the SplitViewTab buttons.

On the "Black On Black" skin, an inactive pane shows a bar (to the right of tabs) that is gray, as contrasted to the active pane, which has a black background.

Thanks.

Found it.

The color of the inactive pane tab bar is defined by "Colors Text=..." in ViewHeader.

It's no wonder there are so few skins. They are very difficult to comprehend, owing to bad design and even worse documentation.

Is not that hard as you think, for information about skins you can found here http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=41727.0, and for rest you need some minor research, so isn't that hard you know.
Everything what you don't know is hard but become easy each time you learn something.

Hum if you mean the background at the right of the header bar from memory  it's more a picture and not in the main xml.
The picture have all the states of the header bar (pressed or not etc...) in the same picture.
