SYNC - Creative ZEN Vision M

I have a creative ZEN Vision M 60gb media player which I have all my music on as MP3.   I tried to set up a sync but could not set a path to the ZEN.

Windows 8.1 places the ZEN in Devices and Printers from where I have to open the ZEN to view contents, however I can not navigate to this location within JRiver Sync option.

Any advice on how to do this or does it need to be something to be developed?

Try Tools > Options > Handheld > Add Device
you can choose any device and tell MC to treat it as a portable.
