Missing Playlists

I have upgraded from MC19 to 20 and lost all my playlists.  Where are they?  I can find previously imported playlists by Import Playlists and locating them (in MY Playlists), but I can't find the playlists created in MC19. It's driving me nuts. They are not at AppData/Roaming/JRiver/MC19 (or 20)/Library.  Any ideas? Can they have just been deleted? If so I can maybe recover them by rewinding my backed up files.

If you still have a backup from MC19 use that, it will contain your playlists.
