I purchased MJ 7.3 some time ago and it has worked flawlessly, but after I upgraded to v8, I cannot listen to any of my music.
When I start MJ a dialog box with the msg "Member not found" is displayed.  Any attempt to select a library to even play a file from explorer still causes the "Member not found" dialog box to be displayed.
My license is v7 and in the license it has a line that reads RRG 1.2.

I checked the license under the "Help" pull down menu and the Purchase license option is grayed out, so I would assume the upgrade "was successful"
Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't sound like a problem with the license.  Sounds like the install wasn't successful.  Take a look at the long thread on 8.0 and see what others found about installing 7.2 then 8.0 without uninstalling 7.2.

This seems to be a bug in our install and if so, it will be fixed next week.
