Can't Restore
« on: September 06, 2003, 03:59:34 pm »

I reinstalled my OS and now I receive your message that my time is up on my free Media Jukebox v 8. No. 1, I bought your Plus v 8 on August 7, 2002 and the reg code was [deleted by mod]. When I try to restore you won't take my number. You say if I don't know it just send my e-mail address. You won't even take my e-mail address which I've had for years.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came to your web page and you recognized me. I still have to find out I can restore my program before it peters out.

Thanks.       Bill Courtney ;D

The e-mail address and everything else is case-sensitive.

We have no Bill Courtney in our records.  Your e-mail address is also not there.

The registration code was copied and pasted. The E-Mail that I entered by pasting was also billcourtney@writeme.com which i had for four or five years.

Neither that license nor the e-mail are in our records.

Let me start over. On 8/7/02 JRiver received $28.98 from me via First USA credit card for Media Jukebox, reference number . If you would take the time to read my profile you will see a username of billcourtney and an e-mail address of billcourtney@writeme.com

When I tried your install it wouldn't accept my username, my password or even my e-mail address. Is there someone at JRiver who can tell me how in the hell I can get my program restored.

As far as I'm concerned my first question should have been very easy for any company to substanctiate. An answer to my question shouldn't need a rocket scientist.
HOW DO I RESTORE MY PROGRAM

Bill,
Your license was revoked because you posted it here.
