Master Upgrade not registering
« on: January 23, 2015, 06:45:10 pm »

Bought the upgrade using the Help/Upgrade process, installed the key that was generated. But Help/registration info still says it is only a Mac license.

What is the problem?

Make sure you're using the latest JRiver Media Center 20.0.60 for Mac build found in the topic on top of this forum section.

If you install the latest build (20.0.62) it should show your master license.  The previous builds showed the Mac license if there were both Mac and Master licenses installed.
