I give up

I have tried reinstalled three times for JC20, but it always hangs when I tried to import library from my iTunes around 15000 files area (my total files are over 30,000), reimport from single file folder does not help .... the software just hangs all the time .... rainbow ball ...

Agreed; I am a novice user (Windows version, but I think that my experience importing my library of ~50k files should be somewhat similar regardless of OS) and I too was impatient, but let it run. Probably you will be more frustrated by how much tagging work you will wind up doing, but the cool thing is that you CAN do this pretty easily, much nicer GUI than other music players. Add in the fact that you can play just about any format and you have a real winner.

Ok may as well give one more try. Badly it is still hanging around 12xxx files.

Just leave it overnight and see if it can finally complete the task.

Sounds like there may be some files that are tripping up Media Center.  We'd like to find out which ones and get the problem fixed.  Enable logging (Help / Logging), then in the morning please send us a log file (logs at jriver dot com).  Thanks.
