Running out of Room for Video
« on: January 27, 2015, 12:55:27 pm »

I am about to fill up a 1Tbyte drive (E:) on my laptop, I have a second 1Tbyte drive (C:) that has at least
600 gig open - I would like to use both for my video but JRiver shows no ability to have multiple drives
and frankly it should in my opinion - of course what i mean by this is seamless to my IPad so all of the movies
come up and where they reside is up to JRiver to sort out
any suggestions

Have you tried importing content from multiple drives into JRiver?  It's pretty seamless.

If you import the files into the library, JRiver doesn't really bother about where they are.  I have content split across four drives and it all shows up seamlessly in JRiver.  You just need to import the files and/or add the new directories to auto-import.

You can set up auto import under Tools > Options > Import.  Add or edit drives and folders.
