Purchased MC 20 , Help

Purchased MC 19 July 26 and wont register or give me MC 20 as the notice said it would.
it said July 1 st and after would give me MC 20. I have it on my Mac and it worked but not on my PC. I do own both Mac and PC and just changer the E-Mail address for the Mac to match the PC. Why wont it work and will i get a master key for both? can anyone help me? Im so frustrated, Ive tried months ago to do this and I'm still pulling my hair out.

If you own two MC20 licenses and they are registered to the same e-mail address, you will receive a free MC20 Master License about February 1.

Please download from the download page, install, restore your license if needed, and purchase from the Help menu of the program.  Thanks.

I did download and reinstall but the license did not recognize my MC 20 license, it only sees  it as a MC 19. thats the problem, it wont upgrade even though WiKi says it should have recognized the license as a MC 19 and MC 20 because my purchase date was in that window.
