MC copies Folder.jpg not moves it

Hi all, I store music cover art in the mp3 file and as Folder.jpg in the album folder. I tag all new music, get cover art and then move it to the final destination. MC now has a flag in 'rename,move & copy files' to move all other files in the source folder to the destination. Well I ticked this and the Folder.jpg was copied to the target folder not moved.

Anyone else seeing this, the source Folder.jpg was created by MC with the 'get from internet' function.
