you tube download stopped working

There used to be a small menu asking whether to play or download etc.  Stopped working (19.0.158); upgraded to 19.0.163 - still doesnt work.   this worked just fine until a month ago.  How do i restore the function?

is there a previous build of V19 I can download with a functioning youtube download?  I wasn't planning on buying V20.

YouTube changes their website occasionally, which requires a change in the code to make it work again. I'm afraid MC19 will not receive those changes anymore.

Tried search- couldnt find upgrade price from MC 19 to MC20 for windows. Can someone please supply the link?
