Decided to switch over to this after hearing it supported smart lists for iPod, but ever since that, I haven't been able to get any of it to work.

I downloaded the newest version, 9.1, first, and that started fine, but when I got into it, the menus wouldn't respond, it disappeared when maximized, and, probably the biggest deal, crashed to desktop after about five minutes.

So I figured, since it was a beta, it was just some weird bugs, so I uninstalled and downloaded the newest non-beta trial version.

When I ran that, I didn't even get in the program before I got an error message. The title was "Unicode Error," the text was "The Microsoft Layer for Unicode Failed to initialize. Please Re-Install."

So I did.

Still got the same error.

So anyway, I'd appreciate any help. Running WinXP if that makes any difference.
