TVDB not working when you use 'Cover Art > Get From Internet'?

Hello

It seems that whenever I try to look up cover art for a TV series (for instance, 'Once Upon a Time', and many others), when I right click and use 'Cover Art > Get From Internet', the series shows up, however the cover art does not.
Is there a problem with the The TVDB atm?
All 5 seasons are showing up, however under each season it says 'No Cover Art' and I know at least one season would have this cover art...?

Definitely get the latest build, like Jim said, but you might not be using the correct menu option.

You need to use "get movie and tv info" to get cover art for individual episodes; "cover art> get from internet" will only pull series and season art for tv shows, never individual episode art.

I know that may seem a little weird.  Folks frequently have trouble figuring out how to get series art, but you're coming at it from the other side.

Thanks for advising me on the new update.

I went to help > check for updates, but it says that my latest JR20 is up to date? (20.0.63?!) What should I do?

Is your update channel set to "latest" or "stable"?  Try setting it to "latest."  If it's set to latest and you still can't download, try pulling the latest build from the top of the board.  There was a recent issue with tvdb changing its protocols.

I just updated to 20.0.79, and refreshed my JR, however it seems that the season cover art for my missing cover art TV shows, such as 'Once Upon A Time' still does not find the season cover art under 'Cover Art > Get From Internet'. It displays all four seasons, but says there is no cover art..?

The artwork from TVDB broke from a recent API change.  The current build restored the ability to get images for individual episodes, but I bet they forgot about the Series artwork function you described.

Working for me here, though.  I just tested with Once Upon A Time, just like your example, and I was able to get new Art both for the Series and for individual Seasons.

Oh I see.
What could be the problem with my JR20 then? Should I setup an exclusion in the firewall?

Can anyone help?

Only outbound access on port 80 is required, and a firewall would normally allow that.
