Use one Main Library for two or more computers?
« on: March 06, 2015, 02:55:48 am »

I did a quick search but could not find the answer I need. Please point me towards the appropriate topic if I missed it...

What I would like to know is if it's possible to sync two separate MC20's on two Mac's to one (central) Main Library? And could that library be on my (Sinology) NAS instead of one of the computers?

What are the (dis)advantages of doing this and how would I proceed to get things working this way? It may be quite simple, but I don't want to mess things up...

Hello Max,

On the left pane, when you click "Playing Now" > "Playing from Main Library" > "Add Library...", "Add Library" dialog will appear. Select "Local Library", and press "Browse" button to find the location of the library in your NAS and open it. It will let you open the library on your NAS. I hope this is what you are looking for. :)

Have fun! :)

Best regards,
Y. G.
