JRiver Fails to Convert MP4 to MP3

I'm attempting to convert a collection of MP4 files to MP3 files in MC 20.0.80. Everytime I attempt MC reports "Failed" against each file. I haven't had this issue before so unsure what has changed in previous versions of MC. I've tried from different directories to no avail.

Are the MC Dev's [or anyone else] able to provide any advice/feedback on how to get MC converting again?
