Same as in Media Center.  Click Options in CD rip action window or go to Tools / Options / CD.

Thanks John,

I have 2 Macs. Turns out the Mac I was initially using to find the option did not have a CD drive. The good news is I'm not going blind. The bad news is I must be going ....
