youtube d'not run in Theather View
« on: March 18, 2015, 03:51:04 pm »

Hi all, can someone tell me why YouTube does not work in Theater View?
When I enter Theater View the video icons appear, but if I select one to play puts me: "Something went wrong with playback, the file could not be found".
But if I leave the Theater View, in normal interface I have no trouble seeing the videos.
Has anyone trouble with this ?.
I run MC 20.

See this thread http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=95478.0

Short version - a problem was reported that some YouTube Videos that have embedded ads (Vevo) don't play in Theater View.

I asked Hendrik to take a look at YouTube since he's in Germany.  Maybe he'll turn something up.

Problem solved, upgraded to 20.0.84, and now works fine.
