upgrading to master license from Id

am having trouble upgrading to a master license from the Id.  when i click on the menu link to upgrade to master, nothing happens. i don't see an option to upgrade from the main website either.  anyone have a solution?

You can't upgrade Id licenses to master licenses.

Answer as expected..  ;)

If it wasn't too much trouble, greying out the menu option or splashing up a "this feature is not available" message would help avoid confusion. One for the devs to chew over.

It will be removed on the next MC build for the Id.
