:) :)I am trying to change my old e-mail address for media jukebox, it say that my old e-mail address is not found.  How can I change my email address if the old one is not found. ? ?

If you mean that you're trying to change the e-mail for your license, make sure it is in the right case.

Check your old e-mail from buy-button @ jriver.com.

I have had this e-mail address for three years I have e-mail  from media jukebox with this address I have a copy of my license printed on paper from media jukebox with this address. :) ;) Guess I will have to write to them to find out what the problem is.

You could write to "them"... but "they" are the same people you will find here. JimH is the CEO of JRiver.... You can't really get any more "them" than that.  ;D

If you just want to be on the mailing list, start a download and cancel it.

Otherwise, I can't see a problem.

fail to restore licence

I still cannot retore mt licence i have payed for media player 8.0 i have a hard copy of my licence reg no and also on the computer but i still cannot get it loaded and i am vey un happy please can any one help
