access key
« on: April 06, 2015, 10:20:55 am »

Please tell me how, exactly, to use the "access key" and where it needs to be installed or copied.  Can't tell whether the following is related:

I have three elements on my wifi network that need to work together:  An Oppo 105, a laptop (not being used as the MC server, a PC (MC server) and a WD MyCloud EX2 NAS.  All are wired into the router EXCEPT the laptop.  On MC the Explore capability "sees"" the MyCloud NAS but the auto import and manual import is not picking up any additions to the NAS.

I have placed the folder with all music files on the Windows page "Network" under the "Computer" section.

Thanks much.

You don't need to use Media Network to import files from a NAS.  Add the NAS folders to the auto import settings.  Tools > Import > Auto import .  You can add directories, then edit them to select the filetypes you want imported.
