Track Durations have all dissappeared

Not sure when this may have occurred (its definitely with MC20), but I notice all of my 118k tracks no longer have anything in the duration field?

I'm on MC20 build 20.0.87
My files are all stored on a NAS.

Any ideas on what may have happened or how I get that field repopulated?

I'm not sure why it has happened, but you should be able to restore a library backup via File → Library → Restore Library
Media Center automatically creates backups of the library every few days.

I just "update library from tags" for all 118k tracks - did it overnight.
Hopefully that didnt do anything else weird to the rest of the dBase!

That works too, but if you have tags which are different from the library, it can result in changes that you might not want.
 
Unfortunately there is no way to update a specific field, rather than updating all tags.
That's why I suggested restoring a backup first.
