I can play all my files in Windows Media of Windows 8.1
It doesn't show thumbnail either.

At least how; can I deal with directshow options.
I haven't had the need, until now, to change those options.
Where are located now?
I search in file association and I don't get directshow options.

You don't need to do anything.  MC handles DirectShow for you.

Unfortunately, I just can play WMV format videos, no AVI, no MP4,
I've been using your software in all my x86 computers, playing all imaginable formats
This time, in a x64 I can't find out why it can't play.
Enclosed is a log of the attempt to play an MP4 file.

In the options, whats File Types -> Video -> MP4 Video set to? It should be Automatic in Playback Method.

As another idea, try deleting "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\J River\Media Center 20\Plugins", that will force MC to re-install its plugins, maybe something weird went wrong there.

Now I recall that I needed to do this first time I install JRMC20 in mi x64 notebook, I ported the library from an x32 PC.
