I've been trying to get the mp3 plugin, and keep getting the following error msg:

"Invalid package file. Cannot continue."

That's a new one on me.  I have WinXP, using MSIE 6.0.  Any tips on how to get this file?

what version of MJ are you using?

The Plug-ins Are for MJ8 And MC9

if your running MJ7 or an early MJ8 version you will need to upgrade.

Hmm, just saw the "earlier version 8" bit.  I'm using version 8.0.394, if that helps.  I queried for updates earlier, and none were found. Hope that's clearer.

In the FAQ there is a section on plug-in download problems.

Re the FAQ -- checked that already, and I'm running MSIE 6.0, WinXP, and no firewall that I'm aware of.  I've consulted every area of this site that I can find pertaining to this and no answers found.  Haven't had any download problems before this one.

well there was one thing where users were having problems downloading and installing plug-ins where the IE folders were full. using the delete option in IE would fix the problem.
